People · VK Gym
Meet owner Luke Nash and Personal Trainer and Pilates instructor Molly Stewart. Their roles are different, but both help shape how VK feels and how people are supported here.
Team & coaching
VK combines long-term training experience with coaching that helps people build strength, confidence and a routine they understand.
Read the profiles, then ask about the support that fits your goal and usual training times.
Owner · Competitive powerlifter
I’m Luke, owner of VK Gym Total Fitness and a competitive powerlifter with more than 15 years of training experience.
I took over VK with one goal: to create the kind of gym I’d want to train in myself, with great equipment, a friendly atmosphere and a community where everyone feels welcome, regardless of their experience or ability.
Alongside running VK, I work full-time, so you’ll usually find me in the gym during evenings and weekends. I’m also constantly working behind the scenes, investing back into the gym and looking for ways to make VK better for our members.
VK is much more than a business to me. I’m proud of what we’re building, the community that has grown around it and where we can take it next.
A serious gym that’s welcoming to everyone.
Level 3 Personal Trainer · Pilates instructor
Molly Stewart is a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and Pilates instructor with a background in competitive gymnastics.
Gymnastics taught Molly discipline from an early age, but it also showed her the cost of pushing too hard for too long. That experience shapes the way she coaches today, with a focus on building strength that lasts rather than chasing quick fixes.
Molly specialises in helping people develop real, functional strength and confidence in their training, particularly those who may feel intimidated by the gym environment.
Having rehabilitated a back injury herself and rebuilt her core strength and stability from the ground up, Molly also understands first-hand what it takes to train around setbacks, rebuild confidence and come back stronger.
Alongside her in-person coaching at VK, Molly runs online coaching through Mols Fitness, helping women who feel overwhelmed by the gym build strength, sustainable nutrition habits and genuine confidence without extremes or quick fixes.
