Forms and the gym guide

VK uses the contact details and information you submit to respond to your enquiry. The website stores enquiries in its VK PostgreSQL database, hosted by Neon in the AWS London region. A notification goes to VK’s Outlook inbox with a reference and your email address for replies; your name, phone number and message are not included in that notification.

Newsletter signup is separate from an enquiry. Your signup and consent record are saved by the website and forwarded to VK’s BrandUI CRM capture endpoint. Resend sends your signup confirmation. No marketing campaigns are being sent yet, and an enquiry does not subscribe you to updates.

Resend processes the email addresses and notification or confirmation messages needed for delivery. The website retains delivery status and references so failed deliveries can be retried. Form entries are not sent to an AI service and are not saved as browser drafts in this release.

The temporary store has no automatic form-data deletion schedule. Contact vkgym@outlook.com to request access to your information, correction, withdrawal of a signup or deletion. Please keep initial enquiries brief and ask VK how to share sensitive information appropriately.

The gym guide answers common questions in your browser; messages are not sent to an AI service or saved as chat history. Contact VK directly when you need a personal response.

Privacy and display choices

The website remembers your privacy choice on this device for up to 180 days. It can also remember that an update prompt has been shown or dismissed, so it does not keep interrupting you. These records do not contain your form entries or chat messages. Optional visitor analytics and marketing campaigns remain disabled, regardless of your saved preference.

Website hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel. Serving and protecting the website involves processing connection information, such as IP addresses and request details. Read Vercel’s privacy information

Direct contact

Phone, email and WhatsApp links open the service you choose. If you contact VK, VK receives the information you send. Keep first contact brief and ask VK how to share sensitive information appropriately.

Membership purchases
